Gray's Maintenance Services Ltd is a family run mechanical and maintenance services company based in Bourne End Buckinghamshire. With over 25 years' experience in the industry, we specialize in HVAC installations and maintenance. Our aim is to create the perfect building environment for our clients. We take pride in our work and believe in providing top-quality services to our clients. Managing Director
Founder of GMS and Managing Director, Simon Gray began his career as an apprentice engineer some 27 years ago, working predominantly at Heathrow Airport.
Rising up through the ranks to Senior Engineer then into Project Management whilst undertaking numerous training courses associated with working in such a high profile environment to include H&S, Fire Training, Building Services to HND level, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Electrical Installation and finally studying Business at Thames Valley University.
After 10 years’ service moving onto HM Air Cooling to develop his Project Management skills within the retail sector.
Following a 5 year stint and takeover of HMAC, Simon departed and went on to start Gray’s Mechanical Services setting up an office at home.
Finance Director for GMS has worked in accounts for over 20 years for various local businesses and after a brief spell trying her hand at Quality Management joined us in 2014 to complete the family overseeing all the finances, HR and Health and Safety aspects

Office Manager at GMS, Phil has been in management for over 30 years running various businesses and franchises and has been with GMS since the start, firstly on the tools and now based at HQ, he is an asset to the day to day running of the office bringing his years of experience and many a tale.

Contracts Manager at GMS, Callum joined the business at the beginning of 2019, he has quickly learnt the ropes and become a crucial member of the team leading the maintenance company. He has also undertaken extensive training in AutoCAD and Revit MEP enabling Design drawings and As Installed drawings to be produced in-house for our projects.

Service Engineer at GMS, Ilhan is our newest addition to the team joining at the start of 2023. His drive and will to complete all maintenance or remedial works are second to none, always applying great care and attention to detail. Ilhan is fully qualified City and Guilds F-Gas engineer, whilst also staying on top of attending any new training course we offer to the team.
Service Engineer at GMS, Rob has been a part of the GMS team for over 10 years. Firstly office based assisting in the maintenance operations during it's birth. His extensive knowledge of every managed site by GMS is key to the teams function, he now operates out on site attending to any planned preventative HVAC maintenance works required.

Apprentice at GMS, Jack Gray is one of our own and has recently started working with us as he takes on college whilst attending sites alongside our engineers. He has progressed astronomically in his time with us and is continuing to develop key customer service and communication skills, whilst learning the maintenance, remedials or installation processes and responsibilities.
Apprentice at GMS, Harrison Gray is beginning his journey into the world of mechanical and maintenance services. After smashing his CSCS test, he frequently attends managed sites alongside our engineers, carrying out essential planned preventative maintenance works.
