Full refurbishment and extension of the Doctors surgery including consultation rooms. Increased overall footprint of the practice building to circa 900m2 through construction of multi-storey extensions. GMS designed and installed Mitsubishi VRF Systems, Heating, Ventilation to all areas along with plumbing and hot water systems.

Life Sciences Laboratories - 15 weeks

GMS undertook the full D&B the refurbishment of the existing science research laboratory located on the 4th fourth floor New Cavendish campus location to include Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems, ventilation, plumbing and medical gases.

Design, supply and installation of Daikin VRV Systems to serve the new Fashion Studio on the 4th Floor along with refurbishment of washrooms and extract ventilation systems.

The full refurbishment of this building required careful and considerate installation. new ventilation was installed and ducted down within the original chimneys which were delicately opened up to facilitate to the installation. Air conditioning systems were installed within alcoves and fitted with bespoke casings to conceal them. The refrigerant pipework was carefully routed through the building to each of the units throughout the 6 floors of the property.
